Barcelona is one of the cities with the richest artistic and gastronomic culture of the old continent. If the teams want to live a unique and authentic team building experience in the city, Barcelona in Exclusive is the best alternative: a mixture of traditions and culture with a clear local accent, relaxed and close.
For this group of 100 people we designed a circuit to enjoy three different experiences: tapas tasting, trencadís workshop and flamenco workshop. Divided into 6 groups, the teams created colourful pieces based on the technique of Gaudí, trencadís; they became, for an hour, flamenco “bailaores” and, when they finished, they put on their apron to cook their own tapas and sangría, which, when finished, they tasted together.
A day to discover, as a team, some of the secret corners of the city of Barcelona, know their roots and most representative traditions and create, together with other colleagues, beautiful memories that we hope will last over time.
