The group of 40 people was divided in different teams and challenged to create their own beer recipe by mixing different beer flavours. Once each team had found the most delicious taste, they were challenged to design a label for the bottle: time to be creative! At the end, each team selected one speaker to explain to the others why their beer deserved to be the winner one. A perfect team activity to develop key aspects of team work such as communication, role distribution and decision making in a relaxed, cozy and tasteful atmosphere.
