Last Friday we organized our own internal off-site for all the crew. Penedès was the region chosen and we started with a hearty breakfast in the wonderful gardens of Albet i Noya (thankyou Ana) followed by meetings both indoor & out.
We then transferred to Mas Rabell, the fantastic Torres restaurant for lunch. We then tried our hand at blending our own brandy, an interesting way to finish the afternoon! Thank you Gerard for help in organizing the afternoon and Ana for the informative tour and help in pointing us in the right direction for our brandy blends which ended with ‘mixed’ results…..
