Challenging 75 participants, we divided the team into 14 groups. Ready for our One Bridge for All collaborative team building workshop!
The participants had to build a bridge made out of basic materials. Once built, the bridge had to be crossed by a remote control car: only then would be the team mission completed! With a tight time restriction, strategy and efficiency were also the key to success.
All under the watchful gaze of our facilitator, there was plenty to explain and discuss with him once the task was completed: all the learnings experienced during the activity were applied to the work environment of the team as a metaphor of their daily tasks at the office.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]
