The story begins when the CEO of a multinational we have worked in the last years years organising events focusing on personal development programs & change management in companies.
Two months later, he contacts us so we can help him organising the first meeting with the 35 Global and Country Managers of the new corporation, which has more than 60,000 employees.

in July, we welcome them in Barcelona and organized a trip combining inspirational scenarios of the Pre-Pyrenees in rorder to share and transmit the new vision on Individual Leadership and the city of Barcelona was the last destination of this itinerant meeting. We hope that the success of this event will give us new opportunities to participate in its change process.
