For yet another year, a Dutch consulting company with whom we have a working relationship, contacted us in order to organise leadership formation programs for the ThyssenKrupp company. The group consisted of 12 employees from Germany and Brazil.
During this incentive trip of 3 nights and 4 days in Terres de l’Ebre (South of Catalonia), participants had the opportunity to relax and learn in a unique natural and peaceful environment, with the main purpose of creating values in order to speed up the leadership and develop transformation processes in their departments.
