[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Fin janvier, nous avons reçu une demande de l’entreprise Novartis qui nous a demandé d’organiser une journée complète de team building pour leur équipe de Roumanie. Nous leur avons offert un rallye iPad le matin pour découvrir la ville de manière originale suivie d’un déjeuner Tapas, et un atelier artistique de team building l’après-midi.

Après avoir rivaliser dans des défis competitifs en utilisant notre propre application pour iPads le matin, le groupe s’est relaxé et rafraichit à un bar de tapas avant de se lancer dans le défi collaboratif dans laquelle il devait reproduire un chef d’œuvre de Picasso de 16m2 qui fut ensuite envoyé à leur bureau en Roumanie.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]

Among other options, they have chosen our painting workshop, Art Connection, a well-codified team building activity to work on values such as decision making, resource planning, communication, problem solving and above all teamwork. The team building activity was organized in the client’s offices with panoramic views of Barcelona.
