[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Nous avons eu le plaisir de collaborer de nouveau avec notre partenaire technologique, l’entreprise LINKE qui nous a demandé d’organiser une journée de team building “aquatique” pour sa réunion d’équipe avant que les vacances d’été commencent..

Ils ont choisis l’activité Olympic Races, un programme de team building sous la forme d’une compétition qui comprend 4 épreuves: course de canoés, construction de radeaux, relai de paddle surf et une dynamique avec des barques: l’île flottante

Chaque épreuve d’équipe avait pour but de tester la performance des équipes sur chacun des concepts suivants: Vitesse, stratégie, ingéniosité et travail d’équipe. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]We had the pleasure of working again with our technology partner, LINKE, who asked us to organize an “aquatic” team building day for his team meeting before the summer holidays begin.

They chose the Olympic Races activity, a team-building program in the form of a competition that includes 4 events: canoeing, rafting, paddle surf relay and a dynamic with boats: the floating island.

Each challenge of the event was designed to test the performance of the teams on each of the following concepts: Speed, strategy, ingenuity and teamwork. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Tuvimos el placer de volver a trabajar con nuestro socio tecnológico, la empresa Linke que nos pidió organizar una jornada de formación de equipos “acuática” por su reunión del equipo antes de las vacaciones de verano comienzan.

Han elegido la actividad Olímpic Races, este programa de team building organizado en formato de competición incluia 4 carreras: carrera de canoas, construcción de balsas, relevo de paddle surf y una dinámica con embarcaciones: la isla flotante

Cada desafio de equipo fue diseñado para poner a prueba los equipos en los siguientes conceptos: velocidad, estrategia, ingenio y trabajo en equipo.
