For the third year running PHI, specialist industrial investment fund, contacted us to organize their yearly team building activity.

The brief was to offer an enjoyable competitive activity. With their team based in Barcelona & Madrid, we felt a Regatta was the perfect excuse to bring them together and see how they fared under the expert guidance from our skippers over a series of three races just off the coastline of the Olympic port in Barcelona.

The weather was kind and the crews were competitive. During the quayside prize giving ceremony, we arranged a pica-pica to give the crews a chance to recover from their exertions and congratulate the red team on their success.

Por tercer año consecutivo PHI, fondo especializado en inversión industrial, contactó con nosotros para organizar su actividad anual de team building.

El briefing consistía en ofrecerles una actividad competitiva divertida. Con sedes en Barcelona y Madrid, pensamos que una Regata era la excusa perfecta para unirlos en una competición acuática bajo la supervisión de nuestros experimentados capitanes bordeando la costa del Puerto Olímpico de Barcelona.

El tiempo acompañó y los equipos fueron muy competitivos, aún así solo podía haber un ganador y fue el Equipo Rojo quién con todo su esfuerzo y técnica llegaron los primeros. Durante la entrega de premios en el muelle, organizamos un pica-pica para que la tripulación pudiera recuperarse de tan reñida competición.

Pour la troisième année consécutive PHI, fond spécialisé dans l’investissement industriel, nous a contacté pour organiser son activité de team building estival.

Le briefing consistait à offrir une activité compétitive et divertissante. Avec des sièges à Barcelone et à Madrid, nous avons pensé qu’une régate serait une excuse parfaite pour les unir dans une compétition aquatique le long de la côte du Port Olympique de Barcelone supervisée par nos capitaines expérimentés.

La météo nous a accompagnée et les équipes se sont lancées une compétition relevée d’où ne pouvait sortir qu’un seul vainqueur et ce fut l’équipe rouge qui grâce à tous ses efforts et à une bonne stratégie d’équipe ont passé les premiers la ligne d’arrivée. Pendant la remise de prix sur les quais, nous avons organisé un petit apéritif pour que les équipages puissent se détendre et échanger sur l’expérience.
