[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Creative Spirit, one of our DMC partners based in Barcelona, contacted us this year to organise a team building challenge for a global IT company participating in the Mobile World Congress 2018. For the occasion, we offered a collaborative gymkhana in which the group, composed by 120 participants, was divided into 15 teams and had to locate 8 thieves hidden in the city centre through clues. The goal was to collaborate with them reproducing a stolen painting, which was divided into 144 sections.

The spy game allowed them to visit some of the most iconic sites of Barcelona Gothic quarter. At the same time, participants had fun collaborating with their team mates solving the challenges proposed along the activity. Our actors were not that obvious to locate in the lively buzz of Barcelona on a Friday afternoon, but the 15 teams didn’t fail the team building and managed to complete all the brain teasers, locate our actors and reproduce the 144 picture sections to complete their mission. The team building experience finished in the modernist building at Hospital Sant Pau, where all participants put all sections together to compose a huge Picasso masterpiece. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Creative Spirit, une agence événementielle locale avec laquelle nous collaborons à Barcelone nous a contacté pour organiser une activité de team building pour l’un de leurs clients participant au Mobile World Congress 2018. Nous avons proposé à leur client un rallye urbain collaboratif dans lequel le groupe de 120 participants divisé en 15 équipes devait localiser 8 voleurs cachés dans le centre-ville à l’aide d’indices et collaborer avec eux afin de reproduire une peinture volée qui a été divisée en 144 sections.

Le jeu d’espionnage leur a permis de visiter certains des sites les plus emblématiques du quartier gothique de Barcelone tout en s’amusant avec leurs équipes pour résoudre les défis qui leur étaient proposés au long de leur parcours. Nos acteurs n’étaient pas si évidents à trouver dans le buzz de Barcelone un vendredi après-midi, mais les 15 équipes n’ont pas loupé leur chance et ont réussi à deviner toutes les pistes, localiser nos acteurs et finalement reproduire les 144 sections nécessaires pour compléter leur mission. L’expérience du team building s’est terminé dans le bâtiment moderniste de l’hôpital St Pau où tous les participants ont rassemblé leurs sections et ont pu voire se reconstituer devant leurs yeux un chef-d’œuvre de Picasso fruit de leur collaboration.[/vc_column_text][/vc_column][vc_column column_padding=”no-extra-padding” column_padding_position=”all” background_color_opacity=”1″ background_hover_color_opacity=”1″ width=”1/3″][vc_column_text]

[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Creative Spirit, una agencia de eventos DMC con la que cooperamos en Barcelona, contactó con nosotros para organizar una actividad de team building para uno de sus clientes participantes en el Congreso Mundial Móvil 2018. Tras analizar el cliente, les ofrecimos una gymkhana urbana colaborativa en la que el grupo de 120 participante, divididos en 15 equipos, tuvieron que localizar a 8 ladrones escondidos en el centro de la ciudad de Barcelona. Tuvieron que seguir pistas y trabajar en equipo, superar retos personales y grupales, para reproducir una pintura robada que habia sido dividida en 144 secciones.

El juego de espionaje les permitió visitar algunos de los sitios más emblemáticos del Barrio Gótico de Barcelona mientras se divertían con sus equipos para resolver los desafíos a lo largo de la ruta. Nuestros actores no eran tan faciles de encontrar en el zumbido de Barcelona un viernes por la tarde, pero los 15 equipos no fallaron y lo lograron! Encontraron los actores y, así, fueron capaces de reproducir las 144 secciones necesarias para completar su misión. Los participantes disfrutaron de la experiencia de team building que terminó en el magnifico edificio modernista del Hospital de Sant Pau.
