[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Within the scope of the international conference of the Top 220 Senior Managers from Adecco celebrated in Barcelona, our partner Steve from Barranco requested us to design a team building activity that would combine visit of the cit, teamwork and a high dosis of entertainment and that would link with the key concepts of the company conference.
Starting with bycicles from the hotel and organised by teams, the participants faces different challenges related with their business channels, each one located in different symbolic locations of the city that they had to find by themselves…
The objective was to offer in a competitive environment teamwork dynamics, experiment situations between the triangle Adecco-Clients-Candidates, through 4 activity stations:
-Adecco Sales, Marketing & Events: Ideas Ring.
-Adecco Information Technology: Robotic workshop.
-Adecco Engineering & Technical: Construction workshop.
-Adecco Finance & Legal: Clandestine Wine Casino.
