Father of some of the most iconic buildings of our city, Gaudí’s Trencadís is our team activity to commemorate his talent and creativity. Besides, this workshop has an important social component: the wooden bases where the art pieces lies are built by the youngsters of Fundació Grup Xamfrà, a school for youngsters with learning difficulties in Barcelona.

After a short general briefing, we divided the 90 participants into different teams. Located each one in one table, teams first drew the design and then filled it with the color tiles available, carefully breaking them following the security instructions to give each one the right shape. Además de su faceta creativa y artística, este taller tiene un importante componente social: las bases sobre las que se diseña y completa el trencadís las construyen los jóvenes de Fundació Grup Xamfrà, una escuela para jóvenes con dificultades de aprendizaje de Barcelona.

Tras un breve briefing, dividimos los 90 participantes en diferentes equipos. Situados cada uno en una mesa, los equipos hicieron a lápiz sus diseños antes de rellenarlos con los trozos de cerámica de colores, a los que dieron forma siguiendo las instrucciones de seguridad hasta conseguir el tamaño deseado. Tras las distintas fases de creación, siempre supervisadas por nuestro staff, las piezas finales fueron expuestas para que el equipo al completo las pudiera apreciar mientras tomaban una cerveza fresca: un brindis por el éxito del trabajo en equipo!

Père de certains des bâtiments les plus emblématiques de notre ville, le Trencadís de Gaudí est notre activité de team building pour mettre à l’épreuve votre talent et votre créativité. En outre, cet atelier a une composante sociale importante: les bases en bois où sont conçues ces œuvres d’art sont construites par les jeunes de laFundació Grup Xamfrà,, une école pour des jeunes avec des difficultés d’apprentissage à Barcelone.

Après un court briefing général, nous avons divisé les 90 participants en différentes équipes. Situés chacun à une station de travail, les équipes ont d’abord dessiné le dessin puis l’ont rempli avec les carreaux de couleur disponibles, en les cassant soigneusement en suivant les instructions de sécurité pour donner à chacun la bonne forme.
