[/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Our Rope Work experience is one of the best alternatives for those looking for an outdoor activity in which handmade constructions and real team work are key for success. Moreover, it takes place in Sol y Vida, a non-profit organization based in one of the green hills that surround Barcelona and one of our favourite partners.

Participants were divided into different groups and each one had the challenge to overcome various rope constructions. These have not only been built but also installed previously by each group. In this outdoor activity trust was one of the biggest components: each participant has to securely tie each rope to make the group progress possible. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Notre expérience d’atelier de construction avec des cordes est un de nos meilleurs programmes pour ceux qui cherchent une activité en plein air dans laquelle les participants doivent construire quelques choses ensemble avec leurs mains et un véritable exercice où la collaboration en équipe est la clé du succès. De plus, nous organisons cette expérience dans les espaces de l’association Sol y Vida, une organisation caritative situé dans les collines verdoyantes qui entourent Barcelone et un de nos partenaires avec qui nous collaborons depuis longtemps.

Les participants étaient divisés en différents groupes et chacun avait la mission de surpasser des défis de construction en utilisant seulement des cordes. Dans cette expérience en plein air la confiance est un des éléments les plus importants : chaque participant doit s’assurer que toutes les cordes sont bien attachées pour que le groupe puisse progresser. [/vc_column_text][vc_column_text]Nuestra experiencia de teambuilding Taller de Cuerdas es uno de nuestros mejores programas para aquellos que buscan una actividad al aire libre en la que los participantes deban construir algo con sus manos. Un verdadero ejercicio en el que la colaboración del equipo es la clave para llevarlos el éxito! Una de las razones por la que nos gusta tanto esta actividad es el espacio: el Talles de Cuerdas se organiza en los espacios naturales de la asociación Sol y Vida, una organización caritativa ubicada en las verdes colinas que rodean Barcelona y uno de nuestros socios más antiguos.

Para esta actividad, los participantes se dividieron en diferentes grupos y cada uno tuvo la misión de superar los desafíos de construcción utilizando, únicament, cuerdas y material de construcción. En esta experiencia al aire libre, la confianza es uno de los elementos más importantes: cada participante debe asegurarse de que todas las cuerdas estén bien atadas para que el grupo pueda progresar.

Los participantes no sólo disfrutaron de una experiencia de equipo al aire libre, sino que también se sintieron satisfechos de haber superado el desafío gracias al esfuerzo colectivo, el uso racional de los recursos y el compromiso del grupo, imprescindible para triunfar y superar el reto.
